The Summer School Local Food Heritage as a Prerequisite of Sustainable Food Tourism Development will take place in Prague from August 26th till September 2nd, 2017 and is a part of activities included to UNWTO calendar of activities for the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development. We prepared an intensive week-long program focused on sustainable tourism development, food tourism, and new media. The Summer School is a unique opportunity to study tourism in English in a historical center of Prague while using modern learning methods. Participants will enjoy a trip to UNESCO Heritage site Kutná Hora and Prague, Cooking Workshops, one-day Field Trip to Všeradice Mini Brewery, discussion with a food-blogger or a sommelier.
