NECSTouR Permanent secretariat hold this first meeting among twenty tourism stakeholders from seven NECSTouR Regions and other organisations, involved into Spirit Youth Project. This meeting was aimed into introduce, discuss and approve the proposed Criteria for Spirit Youth project and it finally produced a Checklist of Spirit Youth sustainability.
