The development of tourism has both positive and negative impacts at various levels: economic level, socio-cultural level and environmental level. At a time when environmental problems are beginning to demand radical and global changes, it is important that companies, public institutions and nongovernmental organizations adopt concrete measures to reverse the direction of negative development, making it sustainable.
