Calls for Proposals: Routes4U grants for exemplary actions

 

The four calls for proposals are launched in the framework of the joint programme of the European Commission and Council of Europe “Routes4U”. Project proposals shall produce an added value to the Council of Europe and the European Commission’s efforts in the domain of Cultural Routes and macro-regional strategies. They shall help enhancing the common identity within the respective macro-regional strategies.

NECSTouR is plased to invite you to apply to the awards ‘Cultural Heritage as an Asset for Responsible and Sustainable Tourism’.

The Awards will be given for achievements by cultural tourist destinations which have produced significant results related to enhancing visitor experience while respecting traditions and involving local communities.

Call for Contribution "The Road Trip Project"

 

The Road Trip Project is a European travel experience that will take 8 individuals on 4 routes across the continent between Spring and Summer 2018.

Four duos will embark on a European road trip in a minibus. Along the way, they will meet locals and experience the local vibe, discover projects that change people's lives for the better, and explore unknown places and amazing landscapes.

8th Cultural Routes Annual Advisory Forum

 

The Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Annual Advisory Forum 2018, "Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe connecting cultural values, heritage sites and citizens: strategies and synergies in a global perspective", will take place on 26-28 September in Görlitz (Germany).

2nd International Congress on World Civilizations and Historic Routes

 

Jointly organized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria and UNWTO, the 2nd International Congress on World Civilizations and Historic Routes will be held on 15-16 November in Sofia, Bulgaria.
