Understanding the needs of the tourism actors, especially in data management, FACILITATE will respond to these demands by providing: (a) An appropriate collaborative framework to engage tourism ecosystems to switch into data-driven culture, promoting systematic measurement for informed decision-making that translates sustainability values into actionable practices; (b) Tailor-made support and capacity building opportunities for DMOs and SMEs across Europe covering all geographical areas and types of tourism destinations (rural, city,
maritime etc), which will grant access to digital tools and resources empowering tourism ecosystems to measure and benchmark their performance and impacts in line with the  implementation of the TTP towards shared objectives; (c) A user ecosystem within the European Tourism Data Space well-versed in its benefits, methodologies, data sets, digital tools,and collaborative stakeholders; (d) Sound, updated and pragmatic guidelines designed for the tourism ecosystem, targeting DMOs and SMEs to improve their data management and sharing capabilities while benefiting from the services and tools developed by D3HUB, DEPLOYTOUR and other initiatives.
