Hello!
My name is Boris Lambert, and I recently joined NECSTouR as Project Manager, working principally on the two new Interreg North-West Europe projects, SLOWTOUR and ReStart.
My name is Boris Lambert, and I recently joined NECSTouR as Project Manager, working principally on the two new Interreg North-West Europe projects, SLOWTOUR and ReStart.
Originally from Toulouse, France, I studied International Relations in Paris and European Politics and Public Affairs at Sciences-Po Strasbourg. I specialised in public policy, European affairs, and political strategy, and bring over ten years of experience advising elected representatives, supporting local authorities, and managing European projects. I speak French and English fluently, and a little bit of Norwegian.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the European Parliament, the European Society of Cardiology, the Île-de-France Region, and the CNRS. More recently, I worked for municipalities in France, implementing public policies with a particular focus on addressing climate across key sectors such as mobility, housing, recycling and energy. Over the past few months, I also had the chance to travel across Asia and Australia.
I am very pleased to be joining this European network and look forward to contributing to our shared mission of building a more sustainable Europe.
You can contact me at boris.lambert@necstour.eu and I look forward to seeing you all soon!
