On Thursday 27 May 2021 from 14:00 to 17:00 CET the Policy Learning Platform will host an on-line thematic workshop on Living rivers, a driver of sustainable regional development.
By joining this event you will learn how to restore rivers and wetlands and their ecosystem services and discover how this may give rise to sustainable development opportunities based on the valorisation of the natural and cultural heritage of your region.
Representing the Interreg Europe project Star Cities, the NECSTouR Permanent Secretariat will take part during this event to present an overview on successful strategies on sustainable riverside tourism.
Discover insights into policies to protect and promote rivers as drivers for sustainable regional development, knowledge of common challenges faced by peer regions, identification of potential solutions, exchange with other participants, collaboration and networking with experts.
