The Board of Directors is the executive body of NECSTouR
It meets regularly to support the Permanent Secretariat in the implementation of the annual work programme decided by the General Assembly.
It is composed of the funding memebrs of NECSouR and 11 member Regions elected by the General Assembly, ensuring a geographical balance and covering a range of fields of expertise.
