The ToT Lab, a specialised department of Necstour based in Andalucía Lab, works in a network with professionals from destinations and the private sector to help the Regions move from the world of data to that of decisions, especially those aimed at strengthening the sustainability of the destination.

One of the first works of the ToT Lab has been the one that has been developed for the Valencian Community with the aim of improving the economic and social sustainability of tourism, identifying ideas and concrete proposals to develop actions aimed at attracting, retaining and training technological talent for the tourism sector.

The vocation of the ToT Lab is to share learning for the European destinations that make up the network. In this sense, the webinar offered members useful information to answer three specific questions:
● What is the situation in relation to the talent we want to recruit?
● What are the strategies that we can deploy?
● What topics and methodologies can we support?
