Ciao a tutti!

My name is Costanza Alesse, and I recently joined NECSTouR as a Project Manager with the aim of supporting the team in the implementation of EU-funded projects and project acquisition.

My mission will be to:

• Oversee the implementation and reporting of EU-funded projects.
• Coordinate work packages and liaise with regional teams and network members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate the creation of effective partnerships through the project platform.
• Contribute to project acquisition by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.

Born in Rome, I graduated cum laude in Political Science from LUISS University in Rome. I also earned a Double Degree in Europe and Asia in Global Affairs from Sciences Po University in Paris and Fudan University in Shanghai.

In recent years, I have worked on the implementation of EU-funded international development projects. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have cultivated a deep passion for sustainable development and innovation, aligning closely with the core values of NECSTouR. These experiences have shaped my approach to working on projects that promote responsible growth and enhance the resilience of communities through tourism.

I am excited to collaborate with NECSTouR's team, members, and partners, fostering strong synergies to help destinations and communities thrive through sustainable tourism.
